Hero’s Journey in Brasília Promotes Networking and Raises Awareness Against Workplace Burnout


In July and August 2019, Brasília hosted the Jornada do Herói, an event organized by Apsivida Integrated Psychology, with the purpose of promoting networking, inspiring lectures, and a movement to raise awareness against workplace burnout.

Across its two editions, the event created meaningful opportunities for exchange, learning, and professional strengthening, bringing together local leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals seeking solutions to the challenges of organizational life.


In addition to powerful presentations, the initiative received support from SEBRAE-DF and other local leaders, reinforcing the message of renewal and balance in the face of today’s market demands. Participants also had the chance to share their experiences and personal struggles, finding support and practical ways to overcome barriers.

The Hero’s Journey also stood out for its tangible results: business deals were closed, partnerships were created, and new opportunities for collaboration emerged through the connections established during the event.




Organized by Alessandro Gomes, during the launch of Apsivida Integrated Psychology, the event became a milestone of innovation and care in addressing workplace mental health.


To close the evenings, the program also featured an award ceremony honoring local leaders who make a difference in the community, recognizing examples of positive impact and social commitment.


With two successful editions, the Hero’s Journey left its mark in Brasília by combining knowledge, networking, and inspiration around an urgent theme: caring for mental health and valuing leaders and professionals in today’s world.
