Since the beginning of APSIVIDA Integrated Psychology, when my wife Michele and I founded the clinic with the purpose of transforming lives, one certainty has guided me: a professional is not defined solely by graduation or title, but by the daily pursuit of doing the best for every human being who crosses their path.

For this reason, I have tirelessly invested in training, development, and team alignment. Every hour spent in preparation was not only to perfect techniques but to enable each professional to see beyond the patient — to see a life, a story, a love. As Albert Schweitzer said, “The true example of nobility is to do for others what we would like done for ourselves.” This principle has always guided our ethics: to put ourselves in the other person’s shoes, understand their pain, celebrate their achievements, and support their new beginnings.
The results speak for themselves. Over 319 Google reviews are not just numbers: they are living stories of transformation, of lives touched and reborn through the humanized care we strive to provide. Many of these patients have become friends, people who trust us and share their journeys of resilience. At the same time, we have trained leaders — psychologists, neuropsychologists, psychiatrists, and nutritionists — who now apply this knowledge in hospitals, other clinics, and some have even founded their own practices, multiplying our legacy..
Investing in training is not a luxury; it is an ethical and moral responsibility, the duty of anyone who understands that caring for others is also caring for humanity. As Aristotle said, “Empathy is the bridge that turns knowledge into wisdom; one truly knows only when they can put themselves in another’s place.” This is what drives us to align, guide, and empower every team member, always with the same goal: placing the patient at the center, respected and cherished in their entirety.

This dedication does not end with psychology. All the knowledge and experience accumulated over years of study, work, and leadership at APSIVIDA will now also be shared through ToothTalk by Alex, in the dental care I will provide after certification, and across social media. The mission remains the same: caring for the soul and the smile, life and health, always with purpose, love, and excellence.
Every training, every meeting, every team alignment is more than a routine: it is an act of love. It is the acknowledgment that we are called to care for other human beings — and that this is, indeed, the greatest mission we can embrace.
