From Leadership to Well-Being: A Journey of Impact
Throughout my journey, I have had the opportunity to train and support people across various fields — from professionals at the Bank of Brazil, Netflix, and the UN, to leaders and teams in the tourism industry. Regardless of the sector, everyone shared the same desire: to be happy, to understand what was holding them back, and to find ways to overcome challenges, achieving greater balance and meaningful results.
This vision led to one of the most important decisions of my life: the creation of Apsivida Integrated Psychology, a space dedicated to helping people not only in their careers but also in their emotional and personal journeys. Later, this mission connected with another long-held dream: ToothTalk by Alex, an initiative aimed at promoting external transformation through smiles and oral health, which naturally leads to internal growth and personal development.
Even during my years in the tourism sector, this passion was always present. I wanted my team members to go further, to realize they were capable of achieving more than they imagined. Many of them are now leaders in their fields, while others have recovered emotionally and found new paths. This demonstrates that when we focus on the human being first, the impact goes far beyond numbers.
It hasn’t always been easy. Many times, while motivating others, I faced my own challenges. Yet I never gave up on anyone — my mission has always been to train, inspire, and believe that everyone can go beyond. Along the way, I received certificates and awards that I treasure as reminders of these moments. More importantly, I carry the certainty that, in some way, I made a difference.
