The Psychology & Music Project is an initiative created by Alessandro Gomes, Thuany Lara, and Thainara Serra, with the purpose of promoting children’s emotional development through art, listening, and musical expression.
🎶 Music is a powerful tool for connection and care, helping children recognize, understand, and express their emotions in a healthy and creative way.
🧠 Based on principles of child psychology and mental health, the project combines musical and psychological activities that foster self-awareness, empathy, focus, and emotional balance.
💛 Our goal is to create welcoming spaces where every child can grow emotionally, learn to deal with their feelings, and strengthen their self-esteem — always in a light, fun, and affectionate way.
