🥰👊 Everything we do must have a purpose — a mission that transcends ourselves. Our profession grants us the responsibility and the privilege of impacting lives in the deepest possible way.
When I envisioned the MBO Brasil Entrepreneur & MBO Music Awards Americas during the pandemic, I knew it was about much more than music or awards: it was about restoring hope, renewing dreams, and bringing back the smile — in the soul, in the heart, and on the face — of those who needed it most.
I witnessed stories that deeply moved me: Lucas Ramonn, who, amid doubts, experienced the moment of recognition; Ció Balbino, searching for meaning in all his efforts; Joe Hirata, connecting cultures through music. Each one showed that with courage, faith, and community support, it is possible to turn challenges into achievements.
I am grateful to everyone who believed in this vision, to each participant who gave their best, to the institutional partners who made it all possible, and above all, to God, for sustaining me, never giving up on me, and allowing me to lead projects that transform lives — and smiles.
