Shanghai, China – The third edition of the FDI Young Dentists Forum is set to inspire and support the next generation of dental professionals. Held within the FDI World Dental Congress, the event reinforces the federation’s commitment to building a more inclusive, innovative, and technology-driven dental sector.
The forum emphasizes the value of knowledge exchange, leadership development, and global collaboration among young dentists. This year, the keynote lecture will be delivered by Dr. Miguel Stanley, founder and clinical director of White Clinic (Portugal), who will share strategies on practice management and sustainable clinic growth.
Another highlight will be the presentation by Dr. Luís Anes, winner of the FDI Young Speaker Contest, who will bring fresh insights into digital dentistry – a field that merges innovation and education.
In addition to lectures, a panel discussion will focus on the importance of building a collaborative dental workforce and on why engaging with dental associations early in one’s career is essential for strengthening the profession globally.
“Bringing young dentists to the center of discussions is crucial to ensure strong associations and a sustainable future for dentistry,” said David Kochman, Senior Vice President of Henry Schein.
With this approach, the FDI Young Dentists Forum 2025 positions itself as a hub for learning, networking, and leadership development, preparing the professionals who will shape the future of dentistry worldwide.
