My journey with events began early. Since 1994, I’ve been fortunate to experience moments that taught me so much about people, opportunities, and the power of human connection. In 1998, I organized my first networking events, very different from what I do today focused mainly on entertainment. At that time, I hosted university parties, live shows, and cultural gatherings across São Paulo. I was learning how to bring people together for good experiences not yet knowing how far that path would take me.
Then life led me even further, literally. I spent nearly ten years in Japan, and that’s where everything began to shift. Living in a country that values education, discipline, and entrepreneurship from early childhood to adulthood gave me a completely new perspective. I worked in television, selling commercial slots for IPCT, a local Rede Globo affiliate, and also presented a show called “A Hora da Promoção.” It was a hit among the Brazilian community in Japan, and through that experience, I discovered the power of targeted communication and meaningful messaging.
But beyond all that, something deeper was calling me: my longstanding passion for dentistry. With a clearer vision shaped by years abroad, I finally realized what I wanted — to combine my two greatest passions: oral health and networking. That realization became the foundation of what I build today.
In 2015, I took the first concrete step toward that vision by creating the Coffee Break for Powerful Women. The project started modestly in the North Zone of São Paulo, but the warm reception confirmed I was onto something valuable. In 2016, the event grew and expanded to other parts of the city. It was then I learned a vital truth: every community has its own voice, and listening and adapting are key to truly connecting with people.
By 2017, it was time for something even greater. With all that experience behind me, I launched the first edition of Business Coffee – Building Bridges in Business and Oral Health. In partnership with the respected Clínica Maccaferri, I brought together dentists, business leaders, HR professionals, and entrepreneurs to explore a theme that was close to my heart — the essential role of oral health in the corporate world and how it supports the well-being of employees.

Organizing that event was a challenge — but one filled with meaning. I was grateful to receive the support of 16 sponsors, including SEBRAE, whose belief in the project made a huge difference. Seeing so many people come together around a shared vision confirmed that I was walking a path with purpose.
Looking back now, I know this event marked much more than a moment in my career — it was the materialization of a mission. To bring together health, entrepreneurship, and social impact isn't just possible — it’s necessary. That morning, we built a network of people truly committed to transforming how oral health is viewed and valued within the workplace.
"All I wanted was to offer a breakfast with purpose. And I ended up opening doors I never imagined."
The Business Coffee – Building Bridges in Business and Oral Health also reflected the spirit of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):
SDG 3 – Good Health and Well-Being;
SDG 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth;
SDG 10 – Reduced Inequalities;
SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals.
This #TBT is more than a memory. It is a heartfelt thank-you to every person and company who entrusted me with something so valuable: their brand, their mission, their story. Their trust fuels my belief that dentistry has a strategic and transformative role to play — in businesses, in communities, and in the lives of people.
And I remain committed to that mission, with gratitude and dedication.
